Receive a personalized approach to fitness while focusing on goals specific to you. Whether it’s your first day in the gym or you are a lifetime fitness enthusiast, my intense and engaging workouts will challenge you and leave you wanting more. My approach is combination of traditional strength and functional training, HITT, and boxing/ kickboxing technique. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from helping with weight-loss goals, to clients competing in fitness competitions, to pad-holding for pro MMA fighters. I enjoy diversifying my skillset and helping my clients reach their new potential.

Group Classes

Link up with family, friends or colleges and workout together in a high energy class setting. Get the personal attention of a one-on-one training session, while being pushed to compete alongside your peers. Like personal training, these small group classes are tailored to the groups specific goals. I like to keep these sessions under 6 people, so I can still hone in and provide individual instruction for everyone. I’ve taught as a group fitness instructor for six years and have since crafted a high skillset in boxing/kickboxing, bootcamp style and mixed martial arts classes. Combined, I like to throw in elements from each style to truly give my clients a unique, well-rounded workout that always keeps them guessing.

Nutrition & Workout Program

One of the hardest parts when beginning a new health journey revolves around food. The internet is crawling with articles describing the latest weight-loss trends or diet teas and while that may work for some people, my goal is to make this task as simple as possible for newcomers. With my one hour consultation, I will educate you on basic nutritional concepts that are easy to maintain and won’t have you burning out after only a few weeks. Along with this consultation, I will also provide you with an at home workout program and you can follow weekly. This informative session will help you have a good understanding on what it will take to reach your fitness goals!
