My approach is combination of traditional strength and functional training, HITT, and boxing/ kickboxing technique. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from helping with weight-loss goals, to clients competing in fitness competitions, to pad-holding for pro MMA fighters. I enjoy diversifying my skillset and helping my clients reach their new potential.
